I had to sell my home in Cuyahoga Falls due to a job transfer. It was a short sell due to the market change. Sherri sold the home within two weeks. She stuck with the long process of getting the banks to sign off and keeping the buyer on board. Sherri and Amy DeGennaro from Diamond Title kept on top of long process and the house was closed successfully. I was already located out of State during this whole process and relied on Sherri a great deal to make the sell happen. She is a fantastic realtor and honest and up-front in her dealings. She tells it like it is so there are no expected surprises.
